Apple
Made from a varietal of Maine apples. A delicious interplay between oak and fruit with a round, smooth body, a crisp dryness - think chenin blanc.
Pairings - cheeses, creamy sauces
Berry Chocolate
A blossoming of berry flavors followed by a velvety chocolate finish. A blend of raspberry-blueberry wines with a natural chocolate flavor.
Pairings - luscious alone - alone with someone you love
Dry Blueberry
Dry Blueberry- Cherry red color. Aromas of soft ripe fruit, with berry acidity and smoky oak. A medium body- dry but smooth.
Blueberry
Blueberry- Very fruit forward with smooth mid-palate structure and a nice dry finish.
Pairings - steaks, roasts, legumes
Cranberry
Gently tart, "smackin' good" but with a dry finish.
Pairings - holiday meals, refreshing aperitif
Orchard Blush
Blend of our Apple and Blueberry wines with a supple combination of varietal fruit. Medium to light bodied rose. Excellent chilled alone as a warm weather refreshment.
Pairings - smoked meats, chops or vegetarian dishes
Dry Pear
A blend of varietal pears that's wonderfully smooth with a great mid-palate structure and a long finish. Unoaked chardonnay like.
Pairings - seafood, poultry and sharp cheeses
Pear
Pear- Deep aromas, demi sweet, with bright fruit flavor and a smooth finish. Another fine sipping wine.

Taxi Cab
As our first addition into a grape varietal we are excited to feature a delicious cabernet. There is a full "fare" of fruit along with soft tannins and a great mid-palate structure to balance the flavor – and the oak is along for the ride.

Flying Dutchman
A wonderful fortified blackberry wine finished in a port - style. Full fruit body and rich, lingering flavors.
Pairings - a solo finish to a meal, with chocolate rimming
Winter Gold
Winter Gold is a fortified apple dessert wine made in an ice wine style. You will find it wonderfully smooth with long lingering flavors of ripe fruit, vanilla and spices. An amazing finish to any meal.
Pairings - Soft cheeses or a warmed apple tart
