Made from a varietal of Maine apples. A delicious interplay between oak and fruit with a round, smooth body, a crisp dryness - think chenin blanc.

As our first addition into a grape varietal we are excited to feature a delicious cabernet. There is a full "fare" of fruit along with soft tannins
and a great mid-palate structure to balance the flavor – and the oak is along for the ride.
