Hot Mulled Blueberry Wine -Winter favorite !

1 Bottle Winterport Winery Blueberry Wine

1/3 Cup light brown sugar

1 Mulling Spice Bag (found at the winery)

Place wine in medium sauce pan and heat until hot, taking caution not to boil. Add spice bag, cover and remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Remove bag. Add sugar, stirring until desolved. Serve immediately or reheat and serve at a later time. Works well in crockpot.

Hot Spiced Apple Wine - Winter favorite !

1 Bottle Winterport Winery Apple Wine

1/4 Cup light brown sugar

2 Celestial Seasonings Cinnamon Apple Spice herbal tea bags

Place wine in medium sauce pan and heat until hot, taking caution not to boil, Add tea bags, cover, remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add sugar, stirring until desolved. Serve immediately or reheat and serve at a later time. Works well in crockpot.

Summer Wine Cooler

1/2 glass of wine - Use our Orchard Blush or Strawberry

1/4 glass of pink lemonade

1/4 glass of lemon-lime soda (Sprite)

Pre-chill all ingredients. Pour into glass and mix. Add ice if desired.

Enjoy this refreshing drink !

Summer Sangria

1 bottle of our Blueberry Wine

1/3 Cup of sugar

1/4 Cup of brandy, orange liquor, or our "Flying Dutchman" Port

Chill covered 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with slices of orange and lemon.
